CLK CNC is a technical service company specialised in laser calibration, ballbar testing and rotary axis calibration of machine tools. It provides independent service and spare parts for Mazak machine tools, and carries out spindle vibration analysis and on-site balancing.

To make the axis accuracy, geometric precision and servo performance of your machine tools measurable and documentable.
Calibration is not a cost; it is the guarantee of production reliability. No process that is not measured correctly can be managed well.
Why calibration is our core business
As part tolerances tighten in aerospace, automotive and machining, regular measurement of machine tool accuracy becomes a necessity. Owning the equipment these measurements require and applying the process correctly is difficult for many companies in terms of both investment and running costs.

We carry out and report our measurements to ISO 230-1, ISO 230-2 and ISO 230-4.
Spindle repair
We carry out spindle repair and overhaul for Mazak machine tools with our own team. After the repair we measure and document the accuracy of the machine with laser and ballbar. Service
